* WARNING: positioning anything on top of your fireplace mantel poses a degree of risk especially in the case of electronic appliances or equipment. If you elect to display a television we recommend that it be a slim profile flat-screen and that it be positioned away from the front edge of the mantel where there is a degree of heat generated from the firebox. It is also recommended that any flat screen TV be secured to the wall behind it for added safety and security. Manufacturer assumes no responsibility for items placed on top of a fireplace mantel.
Standard shipping is via UPS Ground. The estimated delivery time will be approximately 5 - 8 business days from the time of order. Delivery times will depend on the local delivery schedule of the carrier, and it may not be possible to make an appointment. Express shipping is via UPS. The estimated delivery time will be approximately 3-5 business days from the time of order. Generally, ground delivery is available Monday to Saturday 9am to 8pm.
A signature is not typically required: if the customer is not at home to accept delivery, the product will be left if it is safe to do so. Please note that deliveries cannot be made to a PO Box.
If the shipping address is a business address, delivery will be attempted only during normal business hours Monday to Friday. The item will not be left without a signature on file. Delivery is not available to Puerto Rico, Alaska or Hawaii.
